- All prepaid lesson prices are based on two hourly lesson and at least one two hour lesson is done per week
- If you suspend taking any prepaid tuition for a period of 1 months, any remaining tuition owed will be forfeited.
- Any cheques offered for payment that are subsequently refused by the bank will be subject to an administration charge of £15.00.
- You cannot transfer lessons which have been bought in your name to any other person without consent.
- To ensure that communication channels are in place, please ensure that I am aware of your current mobile and landline numbers.
- It is in the interest of pupils to be punctual for lesson appointments. Should the pupil fail to arrive at the appointed time I will call the pupil on their contact telephone number and wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before the full lesson is abandoned. A reciprocal waiting time may become necessary if I’m delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Any lesson time lost as a result of this would be made up either at the end of the normal lesson time or at a later date.
- If upon arrival for a lesson, the pupil is unfit to undertake the lesson due, for example, to the effects of medication, drugs or alcohol, the lesson will be cancelled and the pupil will be liable for the full cost of the duration of the lesson period which they had booked
- Pupils who require tuition in their own vehicle must supply evidence from their motor insurer that the car is covered for lessons when being supervised by a professional instructor in return for payment; the car must also be taxed and hold a current MOT certificate where appropriate.
